Hubspot Review
Hubspot is a CRM just like Salesforce, and it takes a different approach that I think has its own appeal. It uses fewer colors and presents information in a more straightforward manner. It's very clean and provides a lot of tools similar to Salesforce. These include a contact list for all customers or prospects, a sales performance page, and a task list to keep your team on track. They also provide multiple dashboards so you can have one for each team, instead of just one for sales.
Hubspot has a very clean look that is uncluttered and allows you to focus on the task at hand without getting distracted by another project. The contact section is very easy to navigate and find exactly who you are looking for, and each contact has an activity section with their entire history as a customer as well as a notes section visible to all members of the team.
Design - 5 stars. Hubspot gets the job done. It's minimalistic in visuals but it has a certain professional look. It has a plethora of tools available that are well designed. Also, it syncs smoothly between the phone application and browser versions to keep you updated on the go.
User-Friendliness - 5 stars. Hubspot is fairly complex, but to help with this there is a "Learning Center" built in right next to your profile picture. Here they have several lessons and "tracks" to help you learn as well as get certified.
Customization - 2 stars. Visually, this program is very simplistic. There are not really any customization options.
